"Unfortunately I have finally decided to drop Rich and Statefarm as a whole. Have gone through them after seeing my family use this office but after a slew of issues I will not do it anymore. After changing an address on a renters insurance policy (that apparently never even got changed) I watched my auto rates vary in price 7 out of 10 months. Was on the phone every month asking for an explanation in price change that varied anywhere from not knowing, to blaming Cooperates outdated software, to giving me reasons that were their mistakes in the first place. After not being able to resolve the issues with changes, I decided to go with Progressive for a cheaper premium, easy sign up and help, and no headache. Upon cancelling my policies and receiving a confirmation email from someone in the office, I was then overdrawn on a bank account for bills and come to find out my policy indeed never got cancelled. Called to fix it and figure out why, but that employee was out of the office as well as Rich. Was told He would return in a week and call me. Never called, I called again. No return call. Called a third time after not receiving a refund for over 10days, was told he was at lunch and would return my call. Hasn't returned the call, no answer on issues and seemingly no one has an answer on when I will be contacted. So I have given up, it is car and renters insurance. It should be simple and straight forward"
